Apparel Care FAQ
Washing & Drying
How should I wash my La Sal Apparel garment?
Turn the garment inside out before washing. Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with like colors. Avoid hot water — heat is the number-one cause of print degradation and fabric shrinkage.
Can I use a dryer?
Tumble dry on low heat or, for best results, lay flat or hang to air-dry. High heat can cause graphics to crack, peel, or fade over time.
What detergent should I use?
Use a mild, liquid detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softener sheets, and harsh stain removers, which can break down the print ink and fabric fibers.
Can I iron the graphic?
Do not iron directly on the print. If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out and iron on low heat, or place a thin cloth between the iron and the garment.
Print Care
How do I keep the graphic looking sharp after multiple washes?
The best habits are: wash inside out, use cold water, skip the dryer or use low heat, and avoid wringing or twisting the fabric. Consistent gentle care significantly extends print life.
What if my print starts to show wear or peeling?
If you notice early signs of wear — lifting edges, cracking, or fading — contact us at our contact page. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make it right.
Will the graphic fade after washing?
With proper cold-water, inside-out washing, graphics are designed to hold up over regular wear and washes. Repeated high-heat washing is the most common cause of premature fading — avoid it and your print should look great for a long time.
Fabric & Fit
What fabric is used?
Our garments are crafted from soft, lightweight fabric blends — typically a cotton/polyester mix. Exact composition varies by style and is listed on each product's care label.
The fabric looks thin — is that intentional?
Yes. We use a lightweight construction for breathability and a relaxed drape. The fabric is intentionally soft and airy — not heavyweight. If you prefer more opacity, sizing up or layering is a good option.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes — check the Size Guide on each product page for measurements. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.
Made-to-Order & Production
Are your items made to order?
Yes. Each La Sal Apparel item is printed on demand after you place your order. This means there's no excess inventory, and every piece is made fresh just for you.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location and chosen shipping method.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible via our contact page and we'll do our best to help.
